This is a simple calendar estimate (first day of last period + 280 days, adjusted for cycle length). It is not medical advice and may not fit irregular cycles, IVF or uncertain dates — your care team’s date always comes first. This tool does not interpret past due dates.

How the estimate is calculated

The calculator adds 280 days to the first day of your last menstrual period, then adjusts by the difference between your usual cycle length and 28 days. Cycle lengths from 21 to 35 days are supported. This is the standard calendar method (Naegele’s rule); an ultrasound or your care team may give a different date.
